My company has utilized Classic Fleet Management for many years now and we have never had any issues. I had always heard great things about them as a whole but two years ago I took my current position as the Fleet Coordinator managing 48 fleet trucks, June 2015 I quickly realized why everyone spoke so highly of Classic Fleet. There are hundreds of thousands of technicians, assistants and business owners in the Continental US but there are far fewer of them that are also patient, understanding and compassionate as the people I rely on at Classic Fleet. The owner surrounds himself with likeminded people and I can appreciate that. I no longer have to keep such a close eye on dates, prices or reports. They have learned my requirements and remind me weekly that they are on top of them because they don't want me to fail. Every call or issue is handled with care and respect. I am a soft spoken polite person and I hate dealing with rude people but that is never the case with Classic Fleet. I have the utmost respect for everyone in that building and their business model as a whole. I will continue to do business with them now and in the future.
